The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic (mind/body) approach where you learn to move smarter, not harder. Through experiencing these Ingenious movement lessons, you can unlock years of faulty habits. As you develop greater internal awareness of yourself in movement, your nervous system starts to regulate itself, injuries can fade, and stress and anxiety subside. You are able to feel more on top of life, with an increasing sense of empowerment and confidence.
