Recent testimonial: ..after a number of bad injuries through jiu jitsu I somehow found my way to Feldenkrais. I realise that all the Vinjasa classes in the world can’t do what Feldenkrais can, in terms of restorng my bodies natural movement patterns, and alllowing me to trust in my body again! I’ve found Jenny’s classes to be extremely powerful – not only helping my hips and improving my posture, but also in terms of nervous system regulation – helping me feel more grounded and calmer. I love leaving a class and then finding the next day as I get up to move that I can tune into noticeable differences in how I walk or move.
