When you’re in pain, you have to learn to move in a new way

Relying on your usual stretches and exercises is unlikely to help.
With guidance, you learn to slow down. By doing less, but with more awareness, you retrain your brain to move better (your brain organises your movement)

And that leads to lasting improvements — not just in how your body feels, but in how clearly you think and how well you sleep. We’re reframing the ‘no pain no gain mentality’!

Having suffered from chronic hip pain and not being able to walk, I know it’s possible to relieve that pain, and learn to walk, dance and move effortlessly once again
